In the right quantity, stress, helps to focus better and get what you want. Stress can help athletes be more attentive, more motivated, and achieve a competitive advantage. But bad stress or chronic stress is not debilitating for the renting of an athlete? S health and performance. Stress occurs when a person perceives that he or she can not cope with the demands of the environment. Stress occurs in response to an event that is seen as a threat, physical or mental threat.
