Simple ways to combat stress We live in a society fast, which seems to become increasingly agitated by the day. Every day we encounter people who lose control and flip out. We, ourselves, do from time to time. There is no way to change the world around us so we must try to control our inner world. We have to take care of our body, mind and soul.Here 's some very simple things that can make a big difference:-take a walk every day - to limit the intake of caffeine and alcohol - instead of watching TV, reading a book - a dinner, tu off the television, radio and telephone - that is sunny outside, go out as much as possible - avoid negative people as much as possible without being rude - try different things once in a while 'of time ( for a stay of furrows)-It 's not hard to do these things, but most of us do not remember at least. Therefore, these suggestions are put in a little-known and visible somewhere a couple to add their ideas and add to the list.
